AFIRMATIVE
If + present simple ( , ) present simple
If you heat ice, it melts (Si tu calientas hielo, se derrite) o a la inversa
Ice melts if you heat it (El hielo se derrite si tu lo calientas)
NEGATIVE
If + present simple + negacion (, ) present simple
If I don't drink water, I die (Si no bebo agua me muero) o a la inversa
I die if I don' drink water (Me muero si no bebo agua?
Para la forma interrogativa no existe en si una estructura, solo se puede combinar por ejemplo :
If you mix white and black paint, What do you get?
(Si mezclas pintura negra y blanca, que obtienes?
).

Zero conditional abarca las verdades universales, es decir, las que pasan siempre que se dé una condición.
Zero conditional en afirmativa : If + Sujeto + Presente simple, sujeto + Presente simple.
Ejemplo : If it is winter, it is cold.
Por lo tanto, para que haya frío, la condición es que sea invierno.
Se puede cambiar el orden sin alterar el significado de la oración, de la siguiente manera : It is cold if it is winter.
Zero conditional en negativo : En estas oraciones, se indica lo que no pasaría en caso de ocurrir otra cosa.
If + Sujeto + Don't / Doesn't + Verbo infinitivo, sujeto + Don't / Doesn't + Verbo infinitivo.
Ejemplo : If I don't study, I don't do well on tests.
Zero conditional interrogativa : Partícula interrogativa + Auxiliar + Sujeto + Verbo + If / When + Present Simple + ?
